Presently there is a executive committee of 9(nine) members with support of learned & experienced social workers (men/women) SC/ST community members to execute the operational/activity programmes, managerial/financial decisions & to solve legal & other related matter.
The role of NGO will be of a catalyst, which will keep the community united and help in taking appropriate decisions. In the context of Globalization the New Economic Policy (NEP) of our Govt. and the Structural Adjustment programme (SAP) statistics clearly reveal that the poor are becoming poorer and the rich richer. This drives us to the need to redefine our options. Therefore, it will be our response in faith of changing times a referential operation to take side with poor and specially shall work for the weaker sections, women and children, for the health & better living conditions.
Today our country is facing problems of illiteracy, unemployment, poverty and so on, India’s 3/4 population is dependent on agriculture and most of them suffer on account of non availability of continued employment and proper returns, therefore, there is not much improvement in the financial position & living conditions of the people. Consequently unemployment and poverty has generated disappointment among the common masses. To solve this gigantic problem the immediate need of the time is to diversify the “MAN POWER” from agriculture to other sectors of working and employment and preparing the people by motivation, information and skills Trg. for the change over to the new avenues of self employment.
