Role of NGO
The role of our NGO is akin to that of a catalyst, serving to unite communities and facilitate informed decision-making processes. In the era of globalization, where governmental policies such as the New Economic Policy (NEP) and Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP) often exacerbate disparities, it is imperative for us to redefine our approach. Thus, our NGO responds to the changing times with a commitment to stand in solidarity with the marginalized, particularly focusing on the empowerment of women, children, and the weaker sections of society to enhance their health and living conditions.
Work & Achievements
In contemporary India, the pervasive issues of illiteracy, unemployment, and poverty persist, with a significant portion of the population dependent on agriculture facing inadequate returns and opportunities. This reality has led to widespread disillusionment among the masses. Addressing this monumental challenge necessitates a shift in focus towards diversifying employment opportunities beyond agriculture. Our NGO is dedicated to equipping individuals with the motivation, information, and skills necessary for successful transition to alternative avenues of self-employment.
Utilization of Manpower
India possesses a vast reservoir of untapped manpower, presenting both a challenge and an opportunity. By harnessing this manpower through meaningful employment opportunities, we have the potential to catalyze national economic growth and improve living standards. Recognizing this imperative, our NGO has embarked on various initiatives aimed at providing employment and skill development opportunities. From formal and non-formal technical education programs to general education initiatives, we are committed to empowering individuals and maximizing the utilization of our nation’s human resources.
